Job Description
We're looking for skilled, reliable, and safety-focused Multi-Skilled Machine Operators to join a growing civil construction team delivering major infrastructure projects across North & South Brisbane
What You'll Be Doing
Operating a variety of civil construction machinery
Bulk earthworks, final trim, drainage, roadworks, and subdivisions
Working alongside experienced supervisors and crews
Reading plans and understanding levels
Maintaining machinery and completing pre-starts
Delivering quality work while maintaining site safety standards
Desired Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in civil construction
Competent across multiple machines
GPS machine control experience highly regarded
Construction White Card
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
