Job Description
Our Opportunity
Due to unprecedented growth; we are seeking compactor and dozer operators to join our team today! Key responsibilities include:
Operate and maintain our Dozer machines on various civil construction sites around Sydney.
Adhere to strict safety and quality standards in line with industry and company guidelines.
Execute tasks with high productivity and precision, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Team up closely with project managers, wider site teams, and other operational staff.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Follow all company policies regarding health, and environmental practices.
Our jobs are spread throughout Sydney and NSW. The role is a full time permanent position- allowing constant work being available. ASAP starts are also available.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be considered you will have:
Valid licence and certificates required for operating heavy machinery. i.e. VOC and SOA in A Dozer
A valid Australian driver’s license and a Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).
Experience operating a Compactor/Dozer ideally 3+ years.
The passion to work collaboratively in a team and be able to work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Commitment to work safely and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
