Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operate excavators for stormwater, sewer and water main installation across civil construction sites.
Assist with pipe laying, trenching and backfilling as required.
Perform general labouring duties to support the pipe crew where needed.
Work independently and take initiative while also contributing to a strong team environment.
Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and teammates.
Support and uphold our commitment to Quality, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and Environmental standards.
Desired Skills and Experience
Role Requirements
Current White Card.
Valid Statement of Attainment (SOA) and/or Verification of Competency (VOC) for Excavator.
Proven experience operating excavators — ideally with a minimum of 2+ years on civil sites.
Prior experience working on stormwater, sewer or water infrastructure highly regarded.
Ability to work both unsupervised and collaboratively in a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and continuous improvement.
